A pretty girl. Who brings you beer. That would be Jenny.
Of course that was 1955 and now Jenny is like 83 years old. Hey, this is a little video project in support of the Zazzle tshirt shop...Vintage Beer T-Shirts.
This video will give you an idea of the frothy goodness of the Genesee Beer "Always Ask For Jenny" shirt design, that was a classic advertising tagline for the historic Genesee Brewing Company of Rochester, New York. Vintage advertising art from the 1950s.
The modern Genesee Brewing sells a budget beer as "Genny." But this is our old favorite girl Jenny.
Vintage Beer T-Shirts has this design available on tshirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tanks, and more.
When I was a young man I had two understatedly cool t-shirts, one said Head and the other said WANG. Giggle Giggle.
Head was (is?) a snow ski manufacturer, while WANG was one of the early biggies in computers, main frame brain machines and some of the early desktops. In the late 70s and early 80s you would see the classic WANG Computers t-shirt anywhere that geeks congregated.
Found a new reissue of the classic WANG Computers T-Shirt over a CafePress. Here's the basic white which is only 15 bucks, but they also have it in other colors and styles.
Fans of MG sports cars will love the Morris Garages T-Shirt from RetroRanger. It's an historical footnote now that MG cars took their name from the original Morris Garages, founded in Oxford, England in 1924. Morris Garages was a retailer of Morris automobiles and began marketing customized versions of the cars. These customized Morris cars led directly to the founding of MG Motors.
The Morris Garages T-Shirt features a MG T-Series auto along with the establishment date of 1924. A fantasy design that the guys in the garage would have been proud to offer in the gift shop had they not been busy creating the classic British sports car.
This is not much more than a squiggle, with a smile. That's why it's called the Happy Squiggle T-Shirt. Definitely cute and absolutely girly, the Happy Squiggle Tee from RowdyTease.
